Timings:
Weekdays: Tickets are valid for entry between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Weekends: Tickets are valid for entry between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
Guests may enter the venue at any time during this window without the need to reserve a specific timeslot.

• Please note that guests arriving after 4:00 PM on weekdays or after 1:00 PM on weekends may be denied entry, as per our updated operational policy.
• Some of our artworks contain water. To enter these areas you will be required to remove your shoes.
• Lockers are available free of charge.
• High heels are not allowed within the museum ;suitable flat soled shoes must be worn.
• Please be aware of uneven surfaces.
• Please be aware that certain UV lights, flashes and fog are used in our artworks.
