- Flight routes and duration are subject to change due to Air Traffic Control regulations or other unexpected factors beyond our reasonable control like weather and visibility conditions
- In the event of flight cancellation, all flights will be rescheduled at the client's earliest convenience
- Passengers are required to bring Photo ID or Passport to the Helipad check-in area. A valid contact telephone number will also be required
- Every passenger is insured in accordance with the local UAE Civil Aviation Authorization regulations
• Children under 2 years of age are not allowed to fly. A child between 2 to 11 years old should be accompanied by adult
- Should the client be 7 months pregnant or more, a valid doctor’s certificate must be provided stating that the client is medically able to fly
- HeliDubai has the right to refuse any person or carriage of any item if it is deemed unsafe or may cause discomfort to passengers or crew
- Any footage taken may not be used for commercial purposes and personal cameras must be limited to lenses less than 400mm
- HeliDubai bears no responsibility for customers who arrive late for their tour. In such cases, HeliDubai reserves the right to release the flight 15 minutes before the scheduled time unless the flight can be rescheduled without adversely affecting the timings of other scheduled tours
- In the event of poor weather conditions or other external factors out of our reasonable control, the flight may be cancelled at short notice without any charges being applied to the client and can be rescheduled as per the client's specifications and availability
- Cancellation coming from the client: Over 48 hours in advance - No charges applied; Less than 48 hours in advance - 50% of booked cost will be charged; Less than 24 hours in advance - 100% of booked cost will be charged
