Dubai Dolphinarium interaction ticket does NOT include Entry Fee to the park.
All entrants need a NOL card. It should have a credit of atleast AED5 (for each guest) to enter Creek Park. This charge is made by Dubai Municipality and is non-negotiable. In case, the guests doesn't have a NOL card, they can purchase at the gate.
Maximum of 6 people per session in mixed group.

Swimming skills required for deep water swimming with Dolphins
Location: Dubai Dolphinarium, Habitat Pool (Riyadh Street, Inside the Creek Park Gate 1, Umm Hurair 2 - Dubai - United Arab Emirates)
No refund if sessions are cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session, 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
No shows or cancellations made after the start of the swimming session will be charged full amount.
Guest will pay 30% of the total amount for rebooking( based on published rates).
Sessions are subject to availability.
Kindly advise all your guest to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to their scheduled session. Latecomers will be charged the full amount and will not be eligible for a refund.
