Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and void if altered and tickets.
Please enter via the attraction main entrance.
Enter the pre-booked ticket line and present all e-tickets either printed or on a mobile device, with the ability to be scanned.
At peak periods some queues are to still be anticipated however to keep these to a minimum, please only arrive up to 15 minutes prior to your chosen entry time.
That Merlin reasonably suspects have been transferred or altered will not be honored.
If lost, tickets will not be replaced. Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
