- Swimming is only available before sunset; Subject to weather condition
- All guests regardless of age will be counted as passengers
- Each passenger must carry a valid Emirates ID or Original Passport as per Coast Guard permission purposes only without the mentioned identification, the coastguard will not give the permission to sail
- Refund or rebooking will not be entertained if the guests fail to bring the mentioned identification
- Cancellation of the trip due to non-compliance of the above will be 100% non-refundable
- In case of bad weather, any mechanical failure in the boat, act of nature, coastal guard instructions or any unforeseen circumstances, Sky Marine Yachts reserves the right to reschedule the trip
- Any damage to the boat or to any other assets of Sky Marine Yachts due to misuse by guests will be the sole responsibility of the guests and Sky Marine Yachts will have the right to seek financial compensation for it
