Rates & Reservations
✓ All rates are quoted in UAE Dirhams.
✓ All quoted rates are non-commissionable and includes all taxes.
✓ The hotel shall not be responsible for any new governmental imposed taxes or charges.
✓ All quoted rates are valid until 30th September 2021.
✓ All quoted room rates are on room only basis.
✓ Breakfast Supplement can be added at AED 70 Net per adult per night & 50% for children (04-11 years old).
✓ Children under 08 years old are not allowed to dine in the restaurant, however they can have their food inside the caravan.
✓ Lunch Or Dinner Supplement can be added at AED 230 Net per adult per night & 50% for children (04-11 years old).
✓ Reservations will only be considered guaranteed when confirmed in writing with LPO at time of booking.
✓ All guaranteed reservations must be cancelled 03 days prior to the day of arrival. Otherwise, the Hotels reserve the right to make a charge for a minimum of one night. A cancellation number will also be quoted at the time of cancellation.
✓ Rates are as agreed with Client (and as stated overleaf) and Client agrees that they will not be amended /changed/divulged to any third party unless specifically authorized by both the Client and a duly authorized Caravana Beach Resort team member or colleague.
Arrival / Departure
✓ All bookings will be subject to 05 days release prior to the day of arrival unless the hotel receives a guarantee for the booking in the form of bank transfer slip.
✓ Departing on a date earlier than the confirmed departure date is subject to a one night's charge unless advised at least 24 hrs in advance.
✓ Check-in is from 03:00 PM onwards. Arrivals between 09:00 AM and 03:00 PM may be checked-in subject to availability. Guests arriving before 9 AM may be subject to the previous night’s charges.
✓ The Hotels reserve the right to charge for a minimum of 1 night in the event of a non-arrival of a guaranteed booking.
✓ Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 12 noon.
