Delivery or Collection, Fuel & Mileage:
- Car delivery across Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman is available with extra charge
- 170 km limits per day; Additional km will be charged extra
Salik, traffic fines and insurance claims:
- Each Salik will be billed
- A documentation charge per fine will be charged and paid cash upon invoice submission
- Client shall be held responsible for any damage to the vehicles while in their possession
- A police report is mandatory in the case of an accident for insurance purposes
- In case of an accident with police report, where client is responsible for negligence, client shall only be liable to pay and amount as excess charges for Insurance Company. If both parties received a green paper then no amount is due. An amount of insurance excess must be paid in the case of receiving a red paper or hit & run
- Full insurance (CDW) option is also available
Driver Age & License:
- Valid to driver aged at least 25 years old with one year old valid UAE license or international license
- Present coloured copies of Passport with Visa Page, Emirates ID or Labour Card and Driving License
- Rental charges and advanced security deposit are required
