Children Policy:
- Children 0 till 5.99 are accommodated free of charge based on the meal plan booked using existing bedding
- Children from 6 till 12.99 pay the above stated amounts and accommodation includes extra bed
- Maximum 1 Extra Bed per room will be provided.
Check in & Check-Out procedures:
- Check in time: 15:00, Check out at 12:00 noon. Any check out between 12 noon until 1800 hrs. The guest or the travel agency is liable to pay 50% of the daily room charge as day –uses charges (Room only without any food or beverages and subjected to room availability.)
- Check –out after 1800 hrs. The guest or the travel agency will be liable to pay full night according to the normal contract rates. (Subjected to room availability)
- Check In will be guaranteed at 12:00 instead of 14:00 in case checked out rooms is equal to checking in rooms
Cancellation and No Show:
- In case of cancellation during the release period a one-night charge will be applied except for the following periods 100% will be charged 30-12-25 till 03-01-26.
- No show and early departure are charged the full stay based on the meal plan booked.
