Cancellation requires at least 72 hours advance notice
Passengers need to arrive 5-10 minutes before the departure to avoid loss of time on the cruise
Voucher will be forfeited and cannot be refunded for no show or late arrival
Kindly note that it is a headcount on all vessels, please do not exceed the number of people including children from yacht capacity. Extra people will not be allowed to board
Each passenger must present the original Passport or Emirates ID upon boarding
Suitable for all ages, but child safety is the sole responsibility of the parent
In case of any mechanical failure, Master Yachts Cruises has the right to reschedule the trip
Guests should comply with safety requirements as per UAE laws. Any mishaps that occur due to non-compliance will be the sole responsibility of the guests
Any damage to the boat or to any other assets of Master Yachts Cruises due to misuse by guests will be the sole responsibility of the guests; Master Yachts Cruises will have the right to seek financial compensation for any damage incurred
