• Prime Hours from 1:00pm to 7:00pm
House of Hype Opening Hours:
• Sunday to Thursday: 10 AM – 10 PM (Last entry for guests: 9:00 PM)
• Friday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM (Last entry for guests: 11:00 PM)
• Last entry to the full experiences at 10 PM

- Burj Khalifa Non-Prime Hours: 8:00am to 11:30am and 8:30pm to 11:00pm
- Burj Khalifa Prime Hours: 12:00pm to 8:00pm
- House of Hype from 10am to 10pm
- Ticket once issued is not refundable & expiry date can not be extended
- Child MUST be accompanied by an adult
- Visitors are NOT allowed to bring food, beverages & Alcohol inside Burj Khalifa & House of Hype
- Once your e-ticket has been issued/confirmed, it's fully NON-REFUNDABLE
