CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations initiated by the Client More than 48 hours before the Boarding Time will be refunded completely.
• Cancellations initiated by the Client More than 24 Hours before the Boarding Time will be refunded @ 50%.
• Cancellations initiated by the Client Less than 24 Hours before the Boarding Time will NOT be refunded.
• Any cancellation will be subject to a 5% transaction fee.
NO SHOW without prior notice at least 8 hours before boarding time is considered a cancelled booking
RE-SCHEDULE is applicable 8 hours before boarding time
