How to get my cashback ?

2- You will get a code by email and this code has an equivalent value of your cashback Valid for 30 Days
2- Select any activity you want to buy and add it to your cart
3- Enter the code at check-out page in Apply Discount Code and click apply
4- The Cashback will be deducted from your total cart amount
5- Complete your booking
How do I access or print or my voucher?
✔ Vouchers are emailed few minutes after deal is purchased.
✔ You can also print it from your member's account, just login and look under My Vouchers.
✔ Vouchers can be used immediately unless otherwise specified.
✔ Present your voucher to the merchant when you wish to make the transaction.
✔ Don't forget to use the voucher before it expires.
Help! I haven't received my voucher!
✔ Please check your email junk/spam folder.
✔ Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender's list.

Can I get refund?
Once the voucher/Ticket issued Refund is not acceptable, but you can always give your voucher as a gift (unless the Fine Print specifies otherwise). Your voucher is always worth at least the amount you paid for it.
Refund is only acceptable if the services provider is permanently closed
I'm having trouble scheduling an appointment
Sometimes certain dates may not be available due to high demand after a deal is featured, but don't worry! If a business is fully booked as the expiration date nears, your appointment can be for any available date - even after the promotional value expires - as long as you contact them before expiration.
May I exchange a product I buy on greatdeals.ae ?

What happens when a business closes?
If a business has closed permanently, please tell us the name of the business and which location you visited, and we'll check it out. If the business closed permanently we will issue a full refund based on your voucher still valid

Check your email for pdf file and then call merchant to fix appointment if required. Visit the merchant and redeem you voucher at the merchant place

Unless otherwise specified in the deal's Fine Print, all vouchers can be purchased and given away as gifts.
My Voucher just expired. How long do I have to trade it in?
