* These terms and conditions apply to the online e-ticket sales for all attractions by MERAAS Leisure & Entertainment division at
CITY WALK, Dubai.
* All e-tickets for Mattel Play Town and Laguna Water Park must be exchanged for Cards/wrist bands at the entrance.
* Children under 120cm height must be accompanied by a responsible guardian of 16yrs + at all times.
* Online tickets do not include any food and beverage items unless specifically listed.
* All e-ticket holders entering the attractions by MERAAS Leisure & Entertainment division venues are subject to the rules and
regulations of entry as displayed at the main entrance of each attraction.
* E-ticket purchased under a specific customer name cannot be refunded, transferred or sold for cash value.
* The management of MERAAS Leisure & Entertainment division reserve the right to alter the opening and closing time, remove or
cancel any part of the experience for any reason including but not limited to health and safety, operational issues, maintenance,
special events and private functions.
